CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY

The COMPANY provides the CUSTOMER the right to return products purchased, without incurring any costs and without being obligated to state the reason for returning the products, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the products, to the COMPANY’s address. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must notify the Company and arrange the return. In this case, the CUSTOMER bears only the direct cost of returning the products, using a reliable courier company whose process and expenses the CUSTOMER will handle, as stipulated by law.
Returns are accepted only if the products intended for return are in the same condition in which they were received by the CUSTOMER, meaning they have not been unsealed or had their packaging tampered with. They must also be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. A condition for withdrawal is that the CUSTOMER has adhered to the product storage conditions specified on the packaging.
Given that among the COMPANY’s products are items that can spoil, have a short expiration date, or are perishable and therefore sensitive, we inform you that these products are expressly excluded by law from the right of withdrawal.
The COMPANY emphasizes that the criteria for determining the products excluded from the right of withdrawal are defined by law, such as the fragile nature of the products, their susceptibility to spoilage, or their short expiration date. These criteria are established based on standard practice and the statements and related maintenance and storage instructions provided by the manufacturers, as indicated on the labels of the products.
The COMPANY advises the CUSTOMER to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging at the time of delivery in order to detect any visible defects (e.g., wrong item, etc.).
In the case of product returns, depending on the payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER for the respective order and the method by which the return of the products is processed, the refund will be completed within 5 days from the date the COMPANY is able to receive the products in the appropriate condition specified here.
If the refund is processed through a third-party payment provider, the CUSTOMER may be charged any fees that the specific provider may impose based on their terms of use and operation, for which our company is not responsible.
It is particularly emphasized that if the above conditions are not met or if any of the aforementioned accompanying documents for the product are missing, the request for withdrawal cannot be fulfilled.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are acting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party acting on your behalf other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the products. In the case of an order with multiple products, the withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party acting on your behalf other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the last product. To withdraw within the time limit, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this Contract, we will refund all payments received from you without delay, and in any event, within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal and the return of the products to our company. If shipping or cash on delivery charges were applied to your order, these charges will not be refunded in the event of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Subject to the above, we may withhold the refund either until we have received all the products back or until we have received proof that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.

Then, you should call either the carrier we cooperate with or one of your choice to pick up the products from you and return them to our company’s address. After receiving the products from us, we will refund the total purchase amount to your card or chosen payment method within 14 days, provided the products are in good condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling them in a way that alters their nature, characteristics, or functionality.
Necessary conditions for exercising the right are: The product must not have been used, all items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, without damage, defects (except in the case of returning a defective product), complete, and in their original packaging (for items received in special packaging), and must be accompanied by all necessary documents.
